Privacy Policy

We set no advertising cookies. We measure nothing!

This website runs no analytics tool, no advertising tracking, no social plugins and no newsletter. We do not know how many people read this page, how long they stay or where they came from. That was a deliberate decision. What you write to us through the contact form, we read — we learn nothing else about you.

This notice is short because there is little to explain.

The controller is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.

2. What this website does not do

• No Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no other analytics tool.
• No advertising tracking, no conversion measurement, no remarketing.
• No plugins from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X or XING.
• No embedded videos from YouTube or Vimeo.
• No Google Fonts served from Google servers.
• No Google Maps.
• No newsletter, no comment function, no user accounts.
• No sharing and no sale of data for advertising purposes.

Until August 2026 this website ran Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Advertising (Bing UET), Apollo.io and a consent banner. All four were removed. With them went the consent requirement — and the banner.

3. Server log files

When you open this website, your browser transmits technical details that our host stores in server log files:

• Browser type and version
• Operating system
• Referrer URL
• Host name of the accessing computer
• Time of the server request
• IP address

These data are not merged with other sources and are not attributed to any person. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in operating the site securely and free of technical errors.

4. Cookies

This website sets no cookies for advertising or analytics purposes. Technically necessary cookies may be set by Cloudflare, our delivery and security provider. They serve to block automated access, contain no user profile and are not evaluated for advertising. The legal basis is Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. Contact form

When you write to us through the form, we process the details you enter: name, email address, place, dates, type of enquiry and your message. We use them solely to answer your enquiry and to ask follow-up questions.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to entering into a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You may object to the processing at any time; an informal email is enough.

We keep your enquiry until it is settled and no further questions are expected, at most until statutory retention periods end. At your request we delete it sooner.

6. Spam protection

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., San Francisco, USA. Turnstile checks whether an entry comes from a human — without puzzles and without behavioural profiling. Technical details of your browser are processed in doing so. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: our interest in not receiving automated submissions.

We replaced Google reCAPTCHA with Turnstile in March 2026 because Turnstile works without cookie tracking.

7. Hosting and processing on our behalf

This website is hosted by Webflow, Inc., San Francisco, USA, and delivered through their network. Webflow processes the server log data named above and the form submissions on our behalf. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Webflow under Art. 28 GDPR. Transfer to the USA is based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where the provider is certified, on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

8. Fonts

The typefaces Crimson Pro and TT Commons are loaded from our own delivery network, not from Google servers. Opening this page creates no connection to Google.

9. Encryption

This website uses TLS encryption throughout. You can recognise it by the "https://" in the address bar and the padlock symbol in your browser.

10. Your rights

• Access to the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
• Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
• Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
• Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
• Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
• Objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR)
• Withdrawal of consent with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR)

An informal email to contact@servicebroker.de is enough.

11. Right to lodge a complaint

You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority at any time. The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA) in Ansbach.

12. Advertising emails

We hereby expressly object to the use of contact details published in our legal notice for sending unsolicited advertising.

13. Changes to this notice

If the technology behind this website changes, we change this notice. The version published here is the one that applies.
